Artist in Residence - Fremantle Art Centre

Very delighted to be back at Fremantle Art Centre for more solid working time. I'll be here until 31 March with not so much secret squirrel stuff.

Excerpt from FAC website:

Jacky Cheng‘s (WA) practice is fundamentally about identity and awareness through cultural activities and memories of home; country and relationships. She primarily works with manipulating paper and fibre. During her residency, Cheng will investigate and interrogate her understanding of traditional craft methodology and weave her transcultural experiences into her work. Follow Jacky on Instagram | Studio 2

My ongoing project Honour and Love - Chapter II and this residency is  proudly supported by the Australian Government's Regional Arts Fund, which supports the arts in regional and remote Australia as well as  the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries  Arts U-15k Grant.
