One of the few moments in life that are worth celebrating are the ones that deeply resonates with your identity and the acknowledgement of your work and its connection to your sense of belonging.  

I am over the moon for being awarded this prestigious accolade as there is a team behind me that supported my journey in realising this work. A big thank you to the Fremantle Art Centre residency program for championing regional artists; Department of Local Government, Sport and Creative Industries for supporting my practice during the residency and for the realisation of this particular work.
